A panther named Bagheera and a bear named Baloo must take a boy named Mowgli away from a tiger named Shere Khan and the jungle to find civilization. Most older movies that are being re-imagined can be a bad experience or doesn’t come close to being as good as the original. The Jungle Book is none those!!!  It has breathtaking CGI that isn’t saturated. The animals look real and even the jungle looks so beautiful even though it’s all green screen. The cast was perfect and they fit their personality very well but the best was Bill Murray as Baloo. He’s the best actor for the calm and relaxed bear we all know and love.  The kid who played Mowgli did a wonderful job and is very likable. Jon Favreau did a phenomenal job with this movie and capturing the chemistry between Mowgli and Baloo. Hearing the Bear Necessities brought tears to my eyes but they way they sing is VERY different from the original. If you liked the original then you'll like this just the same. A film for the whole family to enjoy. Verdict: 9.2
